Realtek High Definition Audio: Error 0xE0000227

I got this error while installing Realtek High Definition Audio on one of my Dell Vostro 1510 and was not able to sort it out for more than half an hour. I did a some research and found that Microsoft has installed a UAA High Definition Audio Bus Driver on my laptop and I can’t even reinstall it. I disabled the UAA High Definition Audio Bus Driver For Microsoft and uninstalled it without any problem. if you ever come across this error and find yourself in a stuck position please follow the under given instructions. I am 100% sure that you will be out of it in just 5 minutes.

Go to the Device Manager (Right click on my computer, Go to Properties, Go to Hardware and then Go to Device Manager)

Go to View Menu and Select Devices By Connection

Disable and Uninstall UAA High Definition Audio Bus Driver for Microsoft

Reinstall your Realtek High Definition Driver
