Outlook auto e-mail address completion is a very good feature to send an e-mail just in seconds but sometimes it can create lots of problem, like you can’t change the address and other properties of the saved e-mail address and it will not allow you to insert an address from the address book if you have a duplicate or another address in your auto complete list.
There is another scenario when you can find this auto complete very important and interesting and that is, if you have reconfigured your outlook or changed your profile then you won’t be able to avail this option and apparently you have to enter each and every address from the address book and that can cost you a lot in terms of time. I found a very handy and small utility that can edit and save any .NK2 file and can save a lot of your time.
The .NK2 file, where you can find, please follow the instructions given as under:
Go to Start Menu
Go to Run
Enter “%APPDATA%MicrosoftOutlook” (copy and paste the command without quotes)
Download the under given file to edit NK2 file and use it according to your needs.
