If you are trying to export a file in Adobe Illustrator to make a .pst file and getting the above given error you are on the right page. There are couple of workarounds which can solve your problem. This mostly happen with older version of Adobe Illustrator like version 5.5.
- While exporting a file to .pst extension please uncheck the check box stated as ANTI-Alias
- If the first one is not working for you, you might need to change the memory parameter. To update these parameters please go to Edit > Preferences > Performance.
The better and final solution of this error is to upgrade your version of Adobe Illustrator to CS6.
