See The History Of Processor Usage In Windows

We can see the performance of the system processor by using Windows performance counters but they are pretty complex and not everyone is able to configure and then read the logs of performance counters. I always wondered if there is some easy way to see the history of processor usage in Windows so that I may be able to see by what percentage on average is my processor being used.

Today I have come across CPU Utilization Monitor and Logger which does the logging and showing the log pretty well. Although the program is still in beta, it can be used easily by anyone especially by developers and system testers who want to know how much processor is being used on average between specified intervals of time.
